This indicates the number of camera that can be connected to DVR card. Usually it is 1 to 16
Most cards come with 1 channel of audio input. Extra wiring and camera with microphone is needed. Usually, the microphone is of poor quality
Indicates recording speed. The number usually tells you the sum of the frames for all the channels. If it says 100 frames per second (FPS) and the video input is 4, then it will record 25 frames per second per channel (100 frames/4 channels). It does not mean that if you connect 1 camera to this card, you will get 100 FPS. You will only get 25. Currently, the excepted standard is 25 FPS per channel.

Most DVR cards have this feature so you can view your camera off site such as TCP/IP protocol. However, your CCTV system has to connect to have ADSL availability.
